DESCRIPTION:Steve Hogg will give a free Faith n’ Food Forum on reversing low back pain and other joint pain\, Thursday\, November 6th\, at 7:00 p.m.\, at Steve and Lisa Plog’s home in Altadena. \nSteve was certified in Circular Strength Training (CST) in 2009 and then became a CST Coach in 2011. In 2014 he was recertified as a CST coach and then certified as a TACFIT instructor as well. Steve will demonstrate simple exercises that can be done at home to help you reverse (and heal) low back pain. \nPlease RSVP to steve@newsiloam.org and tell us how many people you’ll be bringing.
