Jesus healed a man who had been born blind in John 9:1-34. Unlike most healings Jesus performed, however, this man had to go do something (wash in the Pool of Siloam) in order to get well. In the same way, many people today are getting well by taking steps of faith through improving their diets and lifestyle and thus reaping the benefits of Christ’s healing.

It Was a Dark and Stormy Night
It was a dark and stormy night on January 17th, 1988, but inside Rubens beach-front restaurant in Redondo Beach, California, all was bright and quiet. The waiters were serving up phenomenal food, the patrons were enjoying delicious dinners, and the view of the waves crashing right in front of the restaurant’s windows was unusually good. All seemed idyllic for an enjoyable and entertaining night out.

I was invited to speak at an adult Sunday school class last year. The topic? Raw Milk, Is it Safe and Nutritious? I was instructed, however, not to talk about anything “controversial.” I asked what that might include and was told only one thing, “Vaccines.” Boy, was that prophetic. Raw Eggs Save Little Mermaid
She was only fifteen years old, yet the entire show rested on her shoulders. Jill Datema was given the lead in Disney’s Little Mermaid, Jr., a musical that my daughter, Maren, directed and choreographed for Judson International School this March. The problem was, shortly before the performance, Jill became sick, very sick.
Chrone’s Disease Healed
The coach of a local college’s girls basketball team lost her husband in the middle of the season, but the team went on to take the championship despite the tragedy. It was a front page LA Times article and supposed to be inspiring, and it was, but buried in the copy was the reason for the husband’s death; that was what shocked me.
